Finally received lmt'd bike yesterday, core5 sent 1st time mistakenly. Came with 5 loose spokes and a bent rim, possible crack. Wonder if I have to pack up whole thing again or will they send me a replacement rear wheel. Does the motor separate from the wheel?
Document. They should send you a new wheel and a return shipping label so you can put the broken one in the new one's shipping box and send it on its way. Shipping problems happen and manufactures account for this.
