What are my options for a class 3 cargo bike?

After recently putting my minivan up for sale, I've decided that it's time to get the minivan of bikes so I'm on the hunt for a cargo bike. However, I can't seem to find any that are Class 3! Well, except the Tern HSD. Are there any others that I've missed that you'd recommend?

Yes there is, they sell them at all the local bike shops. You may not be able to use them on public roads, but it's totally legal to own them. It's analogous to owning a car that can do 240km/h even though it's not legal to drive that fast. For example:

But not ride them. Unless your farm is really really big.
There are many illegal things in the market you can own but not use.
Move to the United States.

😂😂😂 I'm sorry, but are you telling me, from your armchair in Brwinów Poland, to move to another country because I want own something that is legal to own in my country? This is hilarious! I wish you the best. If anyone else wants to respond to the initial question, I'd be grateful.

We are a Canadian E-bike OEM and glad to see more people embracing cargo E-bikes here.
In terms of Class-3, not many options but just about every option could be converted to Class-3.
Our own belt-drive cargo E-bikes are in the early stages of development, so can't help OP much this year.
If Class-3, > 32kmph option is a necessity, then perhaps converting one of the nice Cargo bikes with a Bafang motor could be an option.

My current bike is a Priority 600 and I love the belt drive. Your Samurai model looks really cool. I will definitely look forward to a belt driven cargo bike from you guys!

I recently bought a Yuba Spicy Curry AT (all-terrain). Unlike the regular Spicy Curry, the AT model supports speeds up to 28 mph with its Bosch Cargo Line motor. It's a strong, hill-climbing motor, unlike other wimpy Bosch motors I've tried in the past. The AT model also has front suspension, a suspension seatpost, and knobby tires. You have to adopt a more aggresive riding posture with its flat bar and fixed stem than the regular Spicy Curry (which has swept-back bars and adjustable stem). I am modifying mine with a Jones H-Bar, Ergon grips, Velo Orange leather bar tape, and taller stem. Spicy Curries are set up in a mullet configuration: a 26-inch wheel in front and a 20-inch in back. It makes for a better ride, rolling over rocks and ruts easier. (My girlfriend rides a Tern HSD with 20-inch wheels front and back; it provides a considerably more jittery ride.) I have only ridden my Spicy Curry AT for 44 miles and I can already see it's going to be a great bike. It's currently at the dealer getting the aforementioned mods and a second battery and its associated electronics.
