Wellgo folding pedal stuck in folded position

Hi all, I have a Lectric XP Wellgo pedal that is stuck in the folded position. I can’t seem to push in the pedal to unfold it, and the other one works perfect. Any suggestions?

Check for a button that you press to release the mechanism. Usually on the outside end of the pedal shaft

Figured it out. Once I took off the pedal I was able to snap it back into place. If it gives me more grief, I will contact customer service. Thank you.

Had one pedal replaced under warranty, white retainer was broken that holds spring in place, it was very difficult to fold in and out.
