New Surface604 Rook (only a couple weeks old). Was laid down on the right side (non caliper side) at very low speeds, now when braking it makes a strange warbling/grinding noise.

Video (Make sure to hit the speaker to turn on the sound)

Only things I've tried so far are reseating the axle in the dropouts and loosening/realigning the caliper. Anyone heard anything like this before and know off hand what it might be? Something hub bearing related maybe?

Should be a simply adjustment. In the brake body, 4 bolts, 2 parallel the wheel are adjustment screws,
two at right angles mount the brake body. On the inward side is a threaded plug. Loosen the ´adjustment ´
screws a couple turns. with your hand maneuver the body while spinning the wheel until you feel no vibration
thru the body & the wheel spins freely. Tighten the bolts. The plug on the inside narrows the space between
the pads when screwed in a click at a time. Use the mounting bolts when replacing pads or adjusting the
rear brake plug with the body in your palm. Do not squeeze the brake lever with the wheel off. They
self-adjust making it difficult to mount the wheel & may cause the brake to drag.
