Wanted: BMS from old IZIP battery

I'm rebuilding a 2011 IZIP E3 Metro battery and I need a working BMS. The metro bike has the curved battery pack. See the following for an image of the bike: (Link Removed - No Longer Exists)

I'm willing to buy a working BMS or a whole battery pack. The following is what the the BMS inside the battery pack looks like:

I did contact IZIP support but they only sell a whole new battery. They do not sell the BMS.

I ordered a BMS from ebay but it does not have a third wire to the controller. When that wire is not connected the display does not indicate the current battery change level. I would prefer to use an original IZIP BMS that has the third wire. If I cannot find one I'll live without the display.
