Voltbike Nitro compared to Juiced Scorpion

Nice looking bike... I like the way the frame looks under the seat better than the Scorpion. And if all holds true, it might be available to the general public around the same time as the Scorpion

Nitro only has a 500 watt motor, but a larger (17.5 x 48 vs 13 x 52) battery, so that should mean less power but more range.
Nitro handlebars look lower, Juiced raise the Scorpion bars after the pre-production bikes.
NItro is about $50 cheaper after you factor in shipping. Voltbike gives you a free helmet, too.
I like the looks of Nitro's spokes, but I'm thinking the Scorpion mag wheels might be better otherwise.
Nitro seat height looks same, but Scorpion has the tall seat add-on. That's a Scorpion win for us taller folk.

I think I'd still go with the Scorpion, between the two.

Here in Canada the Scorpion is $500 more!
I ordered a blue Nitro for my wife, she likes my Yukon Ltd, but it’s kinda bulky for her height.
The all in shipped price is $2202 CDN.
Same price as my Yukon with pretty much the same equipment, but 12lbs heavier. Probably the rear shocks and seat add to the weight. Although it’s wheels and tires are smaller soooo.... where that extra weight comes from 🤔
Hopefully it doesn’t take 5 weeks to get here like the Yukon did.
Btw, although mags look cool, I don’t think you can tweek a warped wheel with them if needed.

The order page says" The inventory is arriving at our warehouse July 2 . Each bike is individually assembled, tuned, inspected, and packed. Currently, this process takes 2 weeks " so I could see that being almost 4 weeks if you add in a week to ship to your home. And things in the world being the way they are, I don't think adding another week onto that would be out of the question. If you expect 5 weeks, you might be pleasantly surprised. :)

I think spokes look better than mags. Mags are probably heavier but also sturdier (and tweak free).

My Yukon shipped last Wednesday and I got it Friday morning. I was impressed.
I am hoping 3 weeks from this Friday, but if she gets it before August it’s all good.👍🏽
