Just saw this on the U.S. site: a Vado 4.0 "LTD" with more aggressive off-road tires and a basic suspension seatpost, and in a can't-be-missed color too!
Wear a high vis green helmet, and a safety orange vest when you ride it to make sure to be seen.And a flashing light or two ...Interesting... It is the first Vado I've seen which made me want to shield my eyes!
It's just marketing Stefan. "It's you, only yellow..."I like the colour, yet I cannot understand what so special is about that e-bike...
I had a different reaction;The colour shouts: "STEAL ME"
That seemed to be true for 2018 red Vado too. If you ask meThe colour shouts: "STEAL ME"
Ah. The one that was stolen. I see.That seemed to be true for 2018 red Vado too. If you ask me
Oh, TMH, I like lively colours The post-modern times are so grey...I had a different reaction;
To quote Monty Python: "Run away!"
It seems to me the colour is mango. @Brendon@TBSM, you're the expert in mango, aren't you
All the 2020s are like that.The color is fine; high visibility can help you avoid being killed by drivers. But why move the headlight down to the arch? That seems like a miss, as Court would say.
My Vado has the stem mounted light. It interferes with a handle bar bag which I use on my mech bike. The light is custom for this so it can't just be flipped over and mounted on the fork crown. I ended up 3D printing an extension that puts the light above my bag.The color is fine; high visibility can help you avoid being killed by drivers. But why move the headlight down to the arch? That seems like a miss, as Court would say.
Not the 4.0s...All the 2020s are like that.
