Vado 4.0 brose motor vs Bosch performance line

My girlfriend wants a bike with a Bosch performance line motor and because I already have a specialized Epic, i like the Vado.
We've rented 2 (older) ebikes before and because they differed in brand and motor, it was a bit hard to get the same speed as my girlfriend.

Does anyone have experience in this? So how difficult is it to drive the same speed with the Vado and a different brand e-bike?

Does anyone know the torque of the Vado 4.0 2020? I only found 250W but I guess that's a standard.

The Vado 4.0 has Brose T motor. Torque is listed as 70Nm.
There are different Performance Line motors, 63 - 75Nm

I haven’t found the chart yet but will look more.

Some say the 2020 Brose 1.2 motor has less torque that’s why the 2020
Model is cheaper

The 2020 Vado 4.0 has 10speed gearing and BR-MT200 brakes, that’s why it’s cheaper. Was 11speed SLX / XT and BR- MT 500 brakes.
The motor is still Brose T ( Specialized 1.2)
The 2020 Vado 3.0 now has Brose C motor wich Specialized calls 1.2E. The E motor has less torque.

If you want to match up riding pace so that both of you are peddling at your best rhythm, I would think you should just go with the Vado. The Vado has a Mission Control app which permits tuning the amount of power output for each power level. Thus you would be able to reduce or speed up the Vado's power output so that you would be comfortably match your partner's pace what ever that might be and be at your best cadence.

There's a chart out there that compares the power of the motors

You can find a chart comparing power vs. cadence for various mid-drive motors at https://electricbikereview.com/foru...rison-chart-bosch-yamaha-shimano-brose.14085/. Note that it is a bit out of date and doesn't represent the newest motors. Later in the thread (at https://electricbikereview.com/foru...chart-bosch-yamaha-shimano-brose.14085/page-3), post#51 shows the power curves converted to torque.

A specialized support website has a chart with allegedly independent done test results, but try as I might, I can't find it again...

(Edit) Found it:
