Unexplained battery drain

9% loss of an 320Wh battery in 1:50 would mean about 5% or 16Wh in one hour. The two Lezyne lights have 12V and about 7,2W together. Let's round up to 8W for any losses and maybe 1-2W more for TCU, Display(?), BT etc.
Still about 6-7W missing. Not soooo much, but a little bit too much. But in short periods or distances it's difficult/not very reliable to measure, maybe you can try a tour over several hours without support and lights off?

Lezyne makes many different lights, some quite powerful,and hungry. Their E550 consumes 9 watts. the Supernova M99 Pro consumes 16 watts on low beam and 27 watts on high beam. The small but powerful lights that came built in to my Trek Allant 9.9S were bright and the light itself ran quite hot to the touch. It consumed easily 10% or more of battery power during a ride when they were on low beam. I never use them because of that

Until the OP specifies the model and consumption of his lights, we are all guessing.
 
There aren't so many different lights on the Vado SL and unfortunately no Supernova or Lupine with 16, 27 or 32 watt.
Maybe you didn't know that the Lezyne lights are standard on all Vado SL. The tail light of both Vados has 1.2watt, the front light depending on the vado model 4 or 6watt and all have 12V. And we have the dealer saying 650mA, so seems to be the 6W Lezyne front model.
 
I've just got back from a 2hr 10min ride on my TV SL5, bike was turned on but I didn't use assistance except for around 20 secs of eco at a busy roundabout near the beginning. Started at 79%, the quick burst at eco level took it to 78% and then it stayed there for the next 2 hours (with just lights on). Funny thing was that after about an hour of riding with no assistance I got 2 'Low eBike Battery' alerts in quick succession on my Garmin Edge, don't know where these came from (maybe something to do with Garmin not believing the battery level hadn't changed?).

I'm not a great fan of the front light - too many times I've been reminded that my lights are on / it's too bright!! I'd rather have a flashing front as I only ever ride during the day.
 
Aim it down. I wish there were an on/off switch or daylight sensor option.
I generally turn the lights off on my Vado when I'm not actually on a road, which is most of the time. I wonder how difficult it would be to add a switch into the SL wiring, especially for the headlight, which is not as useful even on the road in daytime as the taillight.

There's no option to turn the lights off on the TV SL5, but you are right that the cable could be modified to include a switch. As I want a flashing front replacement I decided to go the whole hog and disconnect & remove the front light. The connectors for the light are just inside the frame accessed via the bike on/off switch aperture, so an easy job.
