Does that mean being left with a bike that cannot be use on public land and roads?

It's up to the owner if they want to TAX/MOT the bike all I'm offering is the bike at full speed I would say at least 50% of the e-bikes
In the U.K. have been hacked the only ones that
Are not are the turbo and stromer
And the stormer you can order a 47kph one with all the papers ready to tax as it's been approved.. but never seen a ebike with a license plate in the U.K. Yet
