Turbo Vado 4.0 power loss

I purchase a Turbo Vado 4.0 (2022) in January 2023. After 2000 miles I am now begionning to have issues with loss of power and shutdown issues. It started happening with internittent power loss and then progressed to full shutdown and a blank display. The bike would not power on afte a shutdown.To get around the issue, I removed and re-inserted the battery and the battery powered on. Ater riding for 10 minutes, it shutdown again.

I removed the battery and cleaned the contacts, re-inserted that battery, it worked for 21 miles and then shutdown again. Is this a battery "contacts" issue? Is looks like I will need to take to the dealer. Any ideas?
