Turbo, Normal, Eco Mode - What's the difference?

I have been experimenting with these 3 modes and, for the life of me, I don't see any difference in the behavior. Does anyone have any thoughts on what changes (or should change) in these 3 modes?

It changes the power levels throughout the whole level-assist range. So two power bars on eco will be less power than two power bars on normal, etc., within the same PAS level.

It's Basically just limits the acceleration, my Peak on power mode was a bit too zippy for me, but on eco it's perfect and still very fast!

Ditto for me. In Eco mode it feels more like a bicycle and is plenty zippy for me.
