Trying to fix a friends e-bike, any help?

Hey there folks. A friend of mine has a NCR Moscow plus 48 v ebike. He replaced the rear tire himself but did something wrong. He brought me the bike and I noticed the brake caliper is rubbing against the frame. I assume he missed a washer or some kind of spacer. Would anyone have pics of the correct washer and bolt configuration? Or a link to a spec sheet maybe?

How can rear brake caliper rub against the frame? Did you mean rubbing against brake rotor?

Also, it's NCM, not NCR

Whoops sorry about the wrong name. It was indeed rubbing against the rear frame. I took some pics of the wheel after I had it off, showing the washers that were there.

Ha, yes I kind of figured. Here's what cranking the bolt down without it will do.

You know what? You're exactly right. I used the wrong terminology, it was the brake disc or rotor that was rubbing. Sorry for any confusion and thanks so much for the replies!!

The disc brake body will automatically self adjust if the lever has been pulled with the wheel off. The
brake adjustment screws need to be loosened, (not removed). the brake body can then be moved
to where it doesn´t rub when the wheel turns. Hold it firmly in that position while tightening the
adjustment screws. Adjustment screws are top & bottom on the body & screw in parallel to the wheel.

The washer shown in hand goes 1st on the axle so the the toothed bit fits in underneath* into the dropout slot
on both sides of the axle. any other way will completely screw up the frame if ridden for any length of time.
Fortunately this doesn´t look that bad. Put it back together right with both washers & follow my instructions
on brake adjustment. As pictured next to the gears is complete assbackward.
* on the upright bike that is.
