My bike's controller is a tranzX dp15 and when I power it up if I press the "-" the power displays a '0'. If I press the '+' key it goes to '2'. Nothing happens if I press "+" again. It's not clear if the motor is engaged at all, but it doesn't seem to be. I removed the battery for 30 minutes and that didn't make a difference.
