TRANCE E+ 3 PRO RideControl ONE, remote button

Hi seem to be having a few problems with the remote button.
A few times after I’ve been out for a ride and turn the bike off can’t seem to turn it back on for at least 10/15 minutes
is this normal as this is second bike to be like this, the first one was replaced because of this surely can’t be to faulty bikes

I do not recall having to wait to turn mine back on. Not knowing the circumstances could it be heat related, ie, long period in highest assist before turning it off? Again, just a guess on my part.

I noticed i had this issue after an error showing on controller.
i bought new set of wheels and forgot to mount magnet on them.
took bike for ride and had red light flashed and motor stopped assisting.
turned off controller and couldmt turn it back on for some time.

when this happens to you, are you seeing any red light error indicator?

Thank you for your reply, there was a fault with the bike in the end and was replaced
