Torque sensor not responding (throttle works))

I have a ride1up lmt’d and suddenly the torque sensor isn’t working. Occasionally, I get a little boost but mostly not. I can’t seem to figure what triggers the boost to work properly.

the throttle always works without fail. Not sure how to trouble shoot this whatsoever.

Well, they say torque sensor after looking at the other potential issues. So, I was able to remove the cranks but the chain disc is still there. How the heck do I remove that? Most bikes it comes off with the crank
