Three Aventures, three different derailleurs

My wife and I picked up our two new Aventures this past Saturday from our LBS. We visited there a couple of weeks ago and test rode a S/M Camo Green ST that they had assembled.
We ended up purchasing a M/L ST Camo Green for myself, which they had in stock, but not yet assembled. My wife chose a S/M ST Electric Red, which was not in stock, but was expected in soon.

On the model we test rode, it was equipped with a Shimano Altus derailleur. My bike was delivered with a Shimano Acera derailleur. My wife's bike, the most recently shipped from Aventon, had an 'Aventon A3' branded derailleur. The shifter was also different from mine. Keeping up with the supply chain must be really challenging for manufacturers.

We did a couple of rides over the weekend and are really enjoying them so far.

Here are photos of the 'Aventon A3' branded one. Looks like it may be the LTWOO A3?

Now comes the fun part of choosing some accessories.

My Aventure was delivered mid April and it too has the mystery A3 Aventon rear derailleur. The shifter itself is Shimano and it thankfully has a barrel adjuster because the L3 does not. I was able to adjust but I question whether it is “equivalent quality” of the Altus / Acela that I was expecting. I chatted with Customer Service and they steered me to opening a Warranty Request if I thought that the L3 did not have the same capabilities of the one they show/advertise. Since I could adjust it, I held off but you would think there were be SOME branding on this thing other than what appears to be a brand-labeled unit. L3 Aventon is not a valid brand and adjusting it using Aventon’s help pages will not work.

I have 3 pace 500 bikes and the groups are all over the place on them as well. Tires derailleurs and brakes especially. Junk... My adventure has acera on it. Also a spider type crank. The paces have a pressed on chain ring. Love the bikes aventon makes but I usually change to higher end groups.
