Considering 2 bikes now, the volt urban and the Jupiter discovery

Urban: $1600 including all taxes and shipping (based in Vancouver Canada)
Jupiter: $1400 but unknown wat duties and Customs will be bec shipping to Canada from US

Urban:7 speed and max of 20mph
Jupiter: 1 speed and max 15mph

Urban: 48lb but would likely take rack off
Jupiter: 40lb

Urban: folded dimensions 35"-17"-25"
Jupiter: folded dimensions 30.5"-17"-21"

Urban: EBR says max ramge of 80km but volt website says max 48km with pedal assist so not sure
Jupiter: 48km per charge which I'm assuming is pedal assissted

Urban: 20" , 2.25 tires
Jupiter: 16", 1.95 tires

Gotta admit Jupiter has nicer look and different colors as well as a lot of comfort features such as suspension, gel seats, electronic horn, roller for when its folded, and a travel bag for it which is ideal since i can hide it away when taking it imto the university building

Seeing as i need a commuter ebike thats foldable and as compact as possible and as light as possible to take on the train and in the university building, and likely will be riding in the winter which do u guys think would be best and have u had any experience with either?
