I am very thankful for all those who brought eBikes into reality in the US.
They have injected new life into these old bones of mine, and quite a few of my friends, bring better health, big smiles, fun maintaining them, and so on.
Also really thankful to all the members here that willingly share their knowledge, anecdotes, photos, and reviews!
So wishing all out there in EBR a great healthy Thanksgiving, good weather to ride, and continued fun!

A six year old thread but still very applicable.

We do indeed owe a debt of gratitude to those who contribute here, as well as those worldwide who have contributed to the e-bike revolution!

My only complaint is, there is snow on the ground and it's too darn cold to ride this Thanksgiving.

Thought about this yesterday (Thanksgiving) as the dog and I walked along the Coast Highway above North Ponto Beach. All but the last 2 photos here are from that walk. In no particular order...

Thankful for having the Pacific 5 minutes away by bike.

Thankful for pelicans. Never tire of watching them fly.

Thankful for my Vado SL 1 — the perfect ebike for me.

Thankful for my best bud. Also for not having to greet people encountered on dog walks the way the dogs greet each other.

I know its actually a lot you have there in the big scale of things, but you dont really need much as the years stack up.
Ive always lived by the sea, I couldnt imagine not doing so.

We moved away for family reasons. Now that I don't need a 4BR home, I could afford to downsize and move near the water. I could not afford to do that without downsizing.

Tell me about it. Every penny from our nice Denver area house on a lake went into our Carlsbad house a few minutes from the ocean. Result: 60% downsize, giving away or junking lots of valuable stuff in the process.

No regrets.
