With my new Creo SL Comp bike I could not get the Bluetooth to pair with my iphone. No problems with a second new Creo so I knew the problem was with the Bluetooth unit incorporated into the TCU. Fortunately I had a size 10 Torx driver and could get to the module. It turned out that the factory label showing the bike's serial number and BLE code was not correct. SN was OK but the BLE code was wrong. Read the correct BLE off the side of the module and used it to successfully pair bike and phone.
This module also uses a CR 1620 button battery and so a #10 Torx driver is needed to replace the battery if one wants to avoid a trip to the bike shop.
