2019. Rad rover starts up for about 2 seconds hit throttle itcuts out....
I've gone over it 3-4 times checking wires for cuts dirt replug them...
Same thing hit throttle cuts out
Sometimes I might get 6 seconds b4 she cut OUT

Battery voltage is what? It sounds like you might have a dead battery. There's enough to start everything up, but then when you put a load on it the voltage sags to the point where either the BMS or controller shuts down the whole thing.

I think it's the controller, but not sure yet if I lift back wheel off ground and slowly twist the throttle I've got it to go....run.for 30 secondslet up off throttle
Then try to do same thing lift tire slowly
go 2 turn throttle again. Screen cuts out ... But b4 it does I notice when wheels spinning. For 25 seconds or more
It showed no watts at all b4 the screen went out....does that sound

Leading up to this.... Shut offn1or 2
Times a trip and show error 30
Then it b ever showed error again
But was shutting down 5--6 times
On a 5 mile trip home to CA n t get past first 5 seconds but if you do
It's very strong

It could be a lot of things, but it sounds like a dead battery.....or maybe a controller that's loosing power from the battery due to a bad connection or something. Have you had the battery off to have a look at that electrical connection?

I had the same exact issue with my 16 Radrover on two separate occasions with a 30 maintain error and it dropping power randomly after 5-30 minutes with a blank LCD screen. Both times it took a new controller to fix. Also, Rad Power Bikes sent me a new controller, LCD screen, and wiring harness to help troubleshoot the issues. Just the new controller fixed the issue, zero change with new wiring harness, and the new LCD make the issue worse. The new LCD screen would drop power immediately after applying throttle/PAS. I've been working fine for +3 years since with +3500 miles.

So I just pulled the wiring harness loose a little or so that is not pulled tite..and I was able to get my rad rover not only start but ran goid after 10 miles....my screen does go blank 4 a few minutes...so I'm thinking I need a new cobttoller

When this happened to me I pulled apart every connector and sprayed all contacts with dielectric parts cleaner. I put a tiny dab of dielectric grease on the battery contacts. It's quite likely you have a tiny bit of patina (or corrosion on a contact somewhere. The problem can cause intermittent codes and cutoffs.
