Synch Issues w Dual Battery

Happy 4th Everyone. I have a Supercharger w/Dual Batteries and I need some help. When I first got the bike, the Kiox Display would give me a battery % for each battery. Yesterday I did a ride and I was surprised the batteries drained so quickly. I checked the battery % and it only gives me one overall % and the display reads "synch n/a". My fear is that my bike is now only using one battery. I reset each battery after charging overnight, but still have same problem. After fully charging, my bike is showing a 47 mile range in ECO mode, it should be twice that. Anyone encountered this issue and/or have any suggested fixes? Thanks

I had issues with my DualBattery bike a while ago. It was probably dirty or slightly corroded contacts for the batteries. Taking them out and seating them again a couple of times solveed the problem for me. Try this first.

Thanks. I tried that but unfortunately no success. Oddly it appears both batteries are charging, I pulled each one out after overnight charging in the bike, and each battery has all 5 bars. So seems for some reason the bike is only accessing one battery for power even though each battery is fully charged.

I just left there yesterday! Will take the bike out for a ride tonight and then test each battery for %, if they are materially different, back to the dealer ....
