Called support line during this morning, on hold for 20 minutes and hung up.
Called back at 11:45 PST they shut phone off early for their 12-1pm lunch break.
Called back after 2pm PST they still had the phones cutoff for their 12-1 lunch break.

So far customer support is very impressive :'(
