Superdelite 2020 turning degrees

Greetings, I just noticed this and am wondering if this is normal. My bike's handlebars can turn ~95 degrees to the right but only ~40 to the left, is this normal?

Steve, I've had that problem with my Homage. I 'fixed' it by forcing handlebar to turn the extra amount to the left/right.

I suspect, I should have slackened off the Acros BlockLock first and retightened it afterwards. (Another case of 'do as I say' rather than 'do as I do'!)

Mine turns lock to lock the same in both directions. Seems to me this subject came up once before and there's a thread about it.

Nope, no good. That's a different setup for a different model bike. I'll bet Chris Nolte knows.

Steve. I see the SD has an Acros Blocklock headset, albeit customised for the adjustable stem possibly. My Load 60 had a similar asymmetrical issue from new. Chris Nolte and Dblhelix helped out on this thread...

Unfortunately I dont have such a bolt, can anyone with a super/delite let me know if this is normal.
Surprised. Your bike is supposed to have AZX-221 ACROS Blocklock installed, mine is AZX-220 with the adjustable 3mm hex. Yours may be so off-center that the recess is hard to see?
 
There is no visible adjustment hex bolt, turns out my LBS doesnt know how to fix this either. ACROS does not have instructions posted for my Blocklock. LBS is reaching out to R&M for assistance.

EDIT Aug 11, 2020 : Had a huge wipeout, riding on pavement, while making a left turn the limiter (which was way off, as seen in the orig. post) slipped again, turning the wheel far more than the handlebars indicated. Waiting on LBS to fix this cause the bike is a death-trap until I have confidence that the handlebars accurately depict and control the wheel angle. Wheel turning radii are closer to normal now!

Road rash is THE WORST!!

Sorry to hear this issue caused an accident. Wonder how urgently R&M and your LBS will treat the issue now? Seems from your posts that you were riding and had an accident circa 2 weeks after raising issue with maker and retailer. Not a great look for either. Would have thought such a risk would have been treated as do not ride until fixed. Poor 👎
 
Is anyone familiar with the block lock system in respect to falls? Mine were not collisions, just the front wheel losing traction at low speed (<15mph) and the bike's back tire continuing forward in its previous heading, causing the bike to "upside-down L" shape and want to go to the ground once the front regained traction. Both times in the same direction, however, I'm left with completely different wheel-to-headset limits. My theory is the limiter is supposed to stop the L shape from happening but if the limiter is not sufficient and slips the L angle gets way more acute and causes a wipeout.

I am having the same issue with my 2020 Superdelite Mountain. Worried about safety now. No local dealer so need some help if there is a solution

The limiting mechanism is built into the lower section of the headset on MY20+ R&Ms - Either your bottom headset cup or your crown race were installed off-center or were shifted by the impact of a fall/crash.

It may sound brutish, but the easiest way to fix this is to slam the bars hard in the direction you want to move the limit to nudge it. The alternative is having your lower headset cup and/or crown race removed and reinstalled center at a shop.
