I just bought a new 2022 Turbo Levo comp. When I got it home the battery was at about 50% so I plugged in the charger. The light on the charger turned from green to red indicating that it was charging. 6hrs later the charger was still red but was now pretty hot so I unplugged it.
The four lights by the plug socket were solid green indicating a full charge. I turned on the bike and the command center indicated 100% as well. I thought it just must be a bad charger so I took it back to the dealer. They plugged it into another turbo Levo and the charger shut off as normal when it reached 100% charge. On the dealers advice I used the charger from my Turbo Vado 4.0 on the Levo and it didnt turn off either continuing to charge AFTER reaching 100%. The charger got hot so I unplugged it.
So the problem appears to be with something on the bike or battery.
Anybody else run into this or know the cause?
