STANCE E+2 29ER doesn't want to stay in RUN

Hello friends,
I buy it 3 month ago, kms 500 now.
All was good, but since 1 week, assist stop when I use it.
Sometimes never problem, other days, I need to come back home, no travel is possible : I put ON, it go quickly in OFF, and again, and again.
No more soluce from Giant shop, no errors codes readed by PC, so no problem.
They downloadthe last program inside motor card, no more effect.
They look the batterry connector, all is clean. Key contact is ok.

I hope same problem in other customer, to learn what I have to do to solve.

Problem solved by exchanging the battery connector support on cycle.
It's a knowed problem for March2021 cycles.
Free operation, probably a mistake in construction at GIANT office....
Now all is perfect, good travels!!

Same problem occurs a week later, not solved. VTT is again at shop to exchange electric cables... I'm glad from GIANT for all my life now.
