Specialized Turbo X Joystick problem

Hi guys
it has some time that the joystick is not working properly. Left and right functions work but up & down usually dont ... so i cannot change mode. Do you have any ideas ?

I've just started having this problem on mine over the past few weeks...unreliable in the up/down, such that I have to power down and back up to move to full assist from lower power assist levels. Just starting to research it, will let you know if I find anything out. I am presuming at the moment that the controller will need to be replaced.

I am afraid replacing is the only solution...i ordered a new one

Yup, I reached the same conclusion. I think I might order a spare at the same time...seems like we might need more than one replacement, and it appears they aren't easily available in Europe.
