Specialized Turbo Vado 3,0 - On/off button wont work..

Hi, i am from Norway and purchased a Turbo Vado 3,0 this summer, 300 km and starting to have some problems now with turning the power on or off..

If i leave the bike a few hours, the bike will not turn on and i need to take the battery out and put it in again. Then it either comes on or off, if off, i need to take the battery in and out until it comes On.
When on, i can`t turn it off and have to remove the battery.
When the battery is off the bike, the on/off button works fine so the battery it self looks OK, but as soon as i install it on the bike, it wont work properly.

If i take the battery off the bike, i.e. over night, it works fine when i install it in the morning and turn it on, then it will turn off and on again as it should. When i am finished at work, 7,5 hrs later, it starts again, have to take the battery out and install it until it comes on (and then i can not turn off after the ride)

The dealer i bought the bike at is now bankrupt, so no help there..

Anyone had similar experience and hopefully a solution for this issue ?

you should be able to take it to a Specialized dealer in another town since the warranty is with the company, not the dead bike store. there are 17 dealers in Norway. https://www.specialized.com/no/en/store-finder
