Specialized Turbo Creo Expert wont turn on, main battery full charge, the batteries in the TCU and TCD changed
still nothing wont link to mission control.
I have contacted Specialized and my local Specialized outlet they are not aware of any
issues relating to my bike, taking it in to see if they can diagnose the problem
Thanks for the reply
Thanks for the reply,
Have been in contact with my local Specialized outlet and Specialized themselves arranged
to take it to my local store see if they can diagnose the issue. I think the TCU has failed replacement
cost around £150

Is it still under 2 year warranty? Had my TCU replaced after a similar sounding failure on my Vado sl. Had it replaced for free, twice. Also if outside warranty period was told by bike shop that Speccy do big discounts on motors and parts for out of warranty repairs so I’d say be prepared to haggle- as an existing customer and so on.

Unfortunately out of warranty.
Checked availability of the TCU in the U.K. not easy to find. Bike book in with Specialized outlet for diagnostic they thought it was in sleep mode but have done everything they say should have woken it up but will keep trying.
Will look into Speccy.
I work in a bike shop, and have been in and around cycling for some 40 years, this is the most amazing bike I've ever ridden. It's a wonderful time to be alive people!
