These bars are form a Specialized 2023 Turbo Como. I changed the bars so don't need these anymore. They are an integrated stem/bar system that mount directly to a standard 28.6mm steerer tube. If you have a Como already these will fit perfectly. If you want to put them on another bike, they may work. You'll need a 28.6 steerer tube and at least 61mm of stack or length of tube to attach.
You get the handlebars, spacer, grips, stem top cap and bolt. The adjustable computer mount does is not included (item is crossed out in photo). The bars on the right side have a paint scratch that you can see in photos.
Handlebars are: 680mm width and a 29 deg. backsweep
