interesting take on potential upgrades coming from Specialized

My 2020 Creo Expert is near perfect as best I can tell in almost every way. I even changed out the original Di2 parts and subbed in Sram 12 speed AXS GX with 10-50 cassette. Oh and now I ride with upright bars rather than drops. I had already changed out the original HG freehub for Sram XDR so I could go down to 10 tooth cog in the rear. The only improvement I would love to see is less motor noise. Would be interesting to test ride the new Trek Domane high end whatever they call the model cuz the TQ drive system looks to be well done and supposedly quiet.

I have been keeping and eye for the Creo / Levo SL motor replacement and I do expect it this year. I have been looking at the TQ and Mavic motors. Both of these are newer than the SL 1.1, but still not as efficient. They do do offer more torque 50mn v 35 which would be nice. Both the TQ and the Mavic has reduced the gearing system parts which makes the majority of the noise. so I am expecting a similar approach from Specialized / Mahle
