Hello all!
I’m new to this forum and was wanted to post this issue. I bought a Trek Dual Sport + at the end of July of this year. Love the bike and have almost 500 miles on it since I purchased it.
It has three power assist levels ranging from High (most assist) to Eco (least assist). My issue is that I am getting some vibration from the motor/cranks on the High setting when it is under load and warmed up (after approx 3 miles of up and down terrain). It doesn’t seem to affect the performance but it is annoying. I can stop this my downshifting, letting up on the pedals or dropping to a lower assist level (Norm or Eco).
The Bike shop shrugged it off as nothing to worry about but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.
Any input/remedies would be appreciated. (BTW...I lube the chain every other week and clean it once per month).
