Saddle tip's please (moscow plus)

I bought a serfas cruiser elastomer e-gel saddle with the hope that it would be more comfortable than the saddle that came with the moscow plus. It is more comfortable for me (5'10", 230lbs) when i sit on it properly(?), but here's where I need a tip or two:
A) Unless i keep my arms stiff against the handle bars, i slip towards the nose of the saddle. I thought I had it level, but the second i sit on the seat i slide forward. Any ideas what i could do with the saddle, other than return it for another model/make, to prevent the sliding?

Thanks

Just tilt the saddle's nose up approx 3 degrees and see how that works.
Some saddles have more padding at the back vs the nose so sliding forward is common. No need to level the saddle via the saddle rails(if that is what you are doing) Level your saddle based on ride position.
thanks...ill try that and report back

Also consider what part of you is sitting on the seat. Your sit bones can support the most weight, hence the name. Most people sit slouching down and not on their sit bones, so they are not used to being on them. As others say, you tilt it nose up, so you are more on the back part of the seat and the sit bones. Also a lot of riders don't "sit" on the seat as opposed to "riding" on the seat, the difference being a fair amount of their weight is being supported by their legs as they peddle. Hope that helps the "numbs".

following up; i changed the seat! new one isnt as comfortable, but im not sliding off anymore and that is more than worth the change
