With the number of migrants entering Arizona, we encountered encampments frequently. Especially under highways. Difficult living, more so during cold nights. All ages including small children.

And, these folks are not all migrants. One very large city park had to remove all porta-potties because people were living in them.

I was at a café and people started cheering. Seven Counts. Eleven Counts. Thirty Four Counts! It turns out to be a first-time conviction of a non-violent class e white-collar crime. 70% of those just have probation, a fine, and community service. What is funny is that he can't vote for himself in FL. I suspect the Judge will go lightly during sentencing the week before the RNC convention. But he did just blow the gag reflex order. I guess he likes to blow it with cream on top. That could result with a night without a phone in the holding cell next to the courtroom.

@Gionnirocket, I packed one of those new to7 motors today with grease. I really packed it. It is waterproof and has nano-ceramic ball bearings and is good from -40C to +1650C. It is going to be very tight the first few rides, touched for the very first time, then it will loosen up with successive rides.

The Hom-less people around Reno, along the river walk, break all the glass bottles they can find on all the local bike trail, so you will have a flat tire or string a cable/rope across any place that has solid supports etc, several have been hurt, then they attempt to steal the rides etc.

A bit off topic, I met a guy today from the SD, CA Port Authority Police. He was a 6"9 and salt swimmer. They have speed boats in the San Diego Bay, patrol the beaches with surfers by eBikes, and have jurisdiction over the International airport, with a SWAT team. There are international folks and smugglers everyday, spies. That total combo would make for the perfect TV show! San Diego Port Police. They also deal with ICE, regular local cops, murders, the Navy MPs and Marines, and the Cost Guard. Bouncing beach babes would be a constant feature in the show as well as some homeless on the bay trail.

This is a gospel true. My gf @Brix who lives in South London was once walking by the Lambeth Town Hall, Brixton. Out of sudden, she could see something she could not quite understand (she wore headphones and had no situational awareness). A man with a shotgun was running straight at her. She got petrified as the man almost bumped into her! Fortunately for her, he didn't shoot. That was one of the "gang wars".
