Could the Soltera feasibly be used as a fitness bike, riding off motor and pushing it past the 20mph limit? Also, is there a way to completely remove the 20mph limit if desired?
Soltera models ship as Class II electric bikes with pedal assist and throttle going up to 20 MPH. The speed limit can be modified to reach a maximum of 24

If you want to ride it off motor... just set the PAS to 0 or turn off the controller. It's light enough to ride as a normal bike.
By raising the speed limit, you can get assist past 20mph. Note that this spreads the assist levels out. For example, I have my speed limit set at 28mph (45kph) and now PAS 1 targets 8.2mph, PAS 2 14.4, PAS 3 19, and so on.
