Ride1Up 700XR Replacement Rear Rim

I have a 4 month old Ride1up 700 XR, and unfortunately the rear rim is bent too bad to straighten. I contacted Ride1up, and they can not seem to give me the manufacturer / Model number for the replacement rim. There is no manufacturer or model number on the original rim. It is a 27.5" rim with 36 holes. I ordered a HALO SAS 90082-219673, but the spoke holes are too small to use the existing spokes, and the size required by the hub motor. Has anyone replaced there's, and if so can you please help me with the replacement rim information. I really like the Ride1up bike, but replacement components seem to be very difficult to identify, and get through Ride1Up, or alternative sources.
