Replacing button ring

Hi All,
I've owned my Stromer St2 for 4 years now, and continue to LOVE IT! Recently, I've been having a problem with the + button on the button ring, so I ordered a new part. This also happened once before, but the bike was under warranty and was replaced by the local shop. This time, I'm trying to replace it myself, so wondering if any one else has ever done this, and if so would you have any guidance?

Best REgards,
NEal

It is really super simple. Turn off the bike, replace the ring, make sure to connect the signal cable and turn the bike on.

Thanks Ravi!
Unfortunately, the connector goes inside the down tube towards the front headlight, so I can't see/access where it plugs in. Is there a trick to accessing it?

Hi All,
Was able to talk to Michael today from Stromer support (very helpful). He explained that its attached to the omni unit. So just remove the omni unit and gently pull it away from the bike, there are 4 small screws that need to be removed to expose the electrical connectors, and the button ring is attached there along with several other wires/connections. As Ravi said, very easy to replace as long as you know how to get to it.

Best Regards,
Neal
