Replacement wheels for Haibike SDURO trekking

I'm over presta valves. For over 50 years my bikes had schrader valves.

I've started kicking the tires on getting new wheels that support schraders. The way the current rims are, I don't think the hole can be widened without wrecking the stability of the rim.

I'm a frugal Clydesdale. What features/things should I look for in a new wheel.

Thanks

Whats the problem you are having with the presta valves.
There are a lot of people using them without any issues.
Seems a bit drastic changing the wheels if that's your only problem.

I was all about schrader valves until I started riding more than a few hundred miles a year. When changing flat tubes the best feature of the presta is the locking ring holding the valve. Schrader valves always sink into the rim. But yes, if you have to get schrader valve compatibility use an adapter.
