Replace RIZE RX?

Hello to all,
I have RIZE RX 1000 Watt mid drive, bought in February. I have had lots of issues with it including waiting on new battery.

Thinking of selling and purchasing new bike, any recommendations 1000 Watt mid drives?

With no info on the sorts of issues you've had, it's hard to provide much insight on how you could avoid more problems with a different brand 1000w mid drive. The motor and much of the hardware are going to be the same or very similar.

Crank shaft is making clicking noise now, needs to be replaced. Brakes not working great, I only use bike to commute to work always stored indoors shouldn't be having these issues.

Just thinking of placing order for another bike which might be more reliable.

Are you assuming the motor needs to be replaced, or have you done extensive troubleshooting to determine that? In other words, you've checked the normal list of potential "clickers" by tightening your pedals, crank arms, motor mounting bolts? I had a "clicking" noise I chased for quite a while that turned out to be the darn seat! It would make a noise every time my right leg was extending. The only way I found the noise is one day I leaned on the seat just right, and heard it make the noise I would have sworn was coming from the motor......

Brake problems are simple to fix about 99% of the time. Generally a fresh set of brake pads will fix those. They need to be broken in carefully, or they'll be ruined.

The bigger point is, bikes are not maintenance free. Makes no difference what brand or what you pay for it. Nor are they 100% reliable without some occasional TLC. You could go ahead and buy another one to learn that lesson, or just focus on fixing the one you have. My thought anyway, FWIW.

BTW, I have a Rize Rx Pro that was delivered to me this past October.

Have your brakes adjusted, no big deal. Post a video of the clicking, im curious to see if its the same clicking and popping my Rize RX was making! Mine was a bad torque sensor i believe and Rize replaced the motor.

Did you ever get a response from Rize about your issues?
