I own a Redux that I purchased last summer and only ride occasionally. I also own a Specialized Turbo Levo that I ride regularly. I have never been able to top off the battery on the Redux if it shows one block(10%) of battery used. Has anyone else noticed this?
My Levo has a similar brose motor and doesn't have this problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
