RadRover 48v 11.6ah Battery Pack

Only about 14 months old with about 300 miles on the bike when this pack failed. Purchased in 2017. Selling for just $150 - half the price of a new one as I'm unsure if this can be saved or rebuilt. It was working perfectly, then just failed to turn on or charge one day. It may need new fuses, wiring, cell replacement, or perhaps more. Anyone willing to tinker with batteries interested in this, let me know. Can ship to the 48 states.

Hello, I could provide a receipt of my radrover purchase which came with this pack but this was not a stand alone purchase. Also this is the 2017 model which should be 11.6ah Panasonic cells. No base included. Thanks!
