I just purchased a 2022 Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0 to replace my 2019 Turbo Vado 3.0. The 19 Vado has the Racktime rack and have a Racktime bag that mounted to that rack. I just purchased The Basil adapter plate and it replaced the Racktime mounting plate and now works perfectly. I had to just barely enlarge the holes in my Racktime bag by simply sliding a #2 screwdriver shaft through the holes and then the holes lined up fine. A lot cheaper than having to buy another bag.
