Powacycle Milan 2 battery replacement

Hi,
I have just recently bought a 2nd hand Powacycle Milan 2 E-bike for my wife. Unfortunately the battery won’t hold its charge when under any load so I am looking for an affordable replacement that will be suitable for the above bike.
I have looked online but it’s a bit confusing which, if any of the batteries, will be suitable and also fit the terminals on the bike. Examples I’ve looked are silverfish e-bike batteries but they don’t specify which bikes they are suitable for.
Would these batteries fit / or be adapted to fit the bike.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance .

It's hard to upload pics small enough to get on the website these days, but you're requiring responders to look up your bike and guess, when a phone picture makes it easy.

From available images of the Milan battery, even the thumbnail pics show not a Silverfish as the key is on the chain side of the bike. Is it this battery?

Probably really hard to find, but you might get lucky in the UK.

I'm pretty confident that someone could retrofit a 36V Silverfish into that space, but you will have to replace the receiving terminals and add a rear locking strut. Those two parts are shipped with many SIlverfish. And you need to fashion a bracket to hold the locking strut. It will also rattle like mad, even with a real Silverfish bike, so you will have to velcro it to the downtube.

A better solution is a plstic Hailong pack. If you have a space about 95mm x 95mm in that battery cavity, you could attach a Hailong cradle to the downtube and fit a 36V Hailong in place of the above there, Here's a guide to Hailongs. I would still want a velco strap l, but many commercial ebikes use this battery in a vertical position.

Or depending on what your bike looks like, you could just install the Hailong on the bike's main tube. Run some wires where needed. Of course, you have to buy the Hailong with the cradle.

Maybe a 18650 cell battery (of sufficient rating) would fit in the case. I wouldn't recommend building your own battery, but maybe there's a reputable battery builder near by. It would be less than a $100 in cells.
If you want to get it running at a reasonable cost, and you're handy, Harry's suggestions are the way go.
