Possible a mosfet gone BBSHD!

Ive had few problems with 12H error few times before and I think water had got in mabye.
Voltage seemed to be all over the place and giving false readings.

I just took controller off and checked readings

Negative side, Blue is 14.7, yellow 9.4 & green 12.5 but Positive side is Blue 5.4, yellow 0.02 and green 4.0

Anyone know wheres best place to get a new controller? It says CR R10E.1000. SN and C571-30-506 with 48v 30 amps but I know my battery is 52v.

Failed FET’s are uncommon. Older BBSXX series motors are a problem. But all BBSXX motors got upgraded 3077 FETs. What is your build date?
