Pedego Interceptor 2 - Any alternatives?

Well I pulled the trigger on the Interceptor 2. I'm not a patient man. As soon as the weather improves, I'll upload a video to my YouTube channel. I would like to thank Chris of Long Island Electric Bikes for all the information he provided.
Thanks for the shout out Ray. Glad I could help. As I mentioned previously I'm especially thankful to help out a fellow vet. :)

Larry, I live in an area where the nearest dealers are two states away. I rode a Zuma in St. Louis last year but they only had the small frame and didn't even know there was a larger frame or more likely, they were trying to get me to buy that one. I ended buying an Outlaw sight unseen because of what I had read about it. This year, I couldn't even get the Nashville iZip dealer to answer any questions at all so I decided to get the Interceptor 2 because I believe it is the best chance of getting a bike big enough for me. These dealers in the Midwest need to improve their customer relations.
Ray - That is the challenge - to insure a great customer experience - something that is improving as the category continues to scale. Thanks so much for letting me know. Its sounds like we have some work to do in your region.

My Interceptor arrived today. Here's a couple of pics. I may get around to assembling it tomorrow. The second picture reminds me of the camera looking down on the cowboy before the gate is opened at a rodeo.

Chris, Thanks for speaking with me today. I've decided on the Zuma3 and will check with you next week on their availability. Thanks, Ginny
Hi Chris, I love the Zuma. I rode to work today after getting a Topeak rack to carry my work clothes and lock. Round trip is about 26 miles and I did a test run before today on a non-work day and I can get there and back on a single charge but I did end up bringing the battery up to the office and charging it versus letting it stay outside all day. I also thought it was safer.

Thanks for all your help with my questions. I also wanted to thank Larry and Court for the great reviews which I relied on to make my decision. Thanks, Ginny

@Redsoxgirl7 - Dear Ginny, the Zuma looks awesome. Please keep us posted on your progress and thank for your trust in IZIP!

I finally got to ride my Interceptor 2. No video yet, but I did go 12 miles on local roads, bike paths and through the university.
Nice! That's quite the ride... you must have been having a great time out there. Neat building in the photo by the way, if it's your super-duper mansion then I propose you throw a party and invite us all :D

Nice setup Ginny. Glad you're loving it, I knew you would. We're finally starting to get some good bike to work weather up here. I really admire and respect all that bike to work, you're real trendsetters, helping us all take one step closer to having a happier, healthier, friendlier and cleaner community. It's a great movement to be a part of.

Yeah Ray. Don't you think you overcompensated a little bit with that fireplace ? :D
