We're in our mid 70s and my wife was having trouble getting on an off the RAD Mission low bar so we bought an Aventon Pace 500.3 low step-in. It has a multi-gear drive and I was wondering if anyone else noticed the "chain slap" each time you power down pedaling on a flat plane. The Missions were more direct chain drive so they don't make that noise. The bike seems to ride fine but that "slap" makes me wonder if it's working the right way. Any help would be most appreciated.
