Yes, even though the bike has 20in. "wheels" it is the rim diameter. Add the tires and you get about 22 inches. The setting only effects your speedometer and odometer. They are not as accurate as your car but pretty close.

I noticed on mine the trip reading wasn't matching my gps comparisons. I ended up adjusting the value some to make it closer to matching the gps readings.
