Nope; Susie said "performs" - that is present tense. If she said "performed till now" that most often would carry the meaning that something changed. So it's correct, but because "till now" is most often used after a past-tense verb, it's not the best way to phrase it.

"till" is short for "until". She would have been further ahead to leave the "till now" off the end of that sentence.

Until indicates when something will happen, begin, or end. Till means the same thing as until. Till is not an abbreviation of until—it's actually older than until—and it should not be written with an apostrophe.
