Ordering a part for trek allant 8s

Hey guys,

does anyone have a clue where I could order this part? It has something to do with the front axel I believe. Wheel is very wobbly and not safe to ride without!

Did you go to the trek store where you bought the ebike ? You were told that in the other thread you created for the same exact issue.
