New on this forum , a long time bike rider from childhood, do my own mainteince , notably , rode 1955 ross tank bike every day with a friend that rode a 1949 schwinn tank bike . we did it for excersize as pedaling was brutal .we had mens and ladies Chicago Schwinn Collegiate bikes . last of the usa production .we dabbled in building e-bikes from scratch , batteries , power, and controls..Have a great road bike now , however, like another poster i had a brain tumor surgery one year ago , i recovered well , but have limited use of my right hand and my legs tire easily .. so we bought two new Taubik road e-bikes...and brings me to this great forum . i hope as member i can learn more about these bikes , care , maintaince , and posibily repairs .thanks .
